For most households with 1–2 dogs, we recommend weekly service. This keeps your yard consistently clean and prevents any buildup. If you have 3+ dogs or a smaller yard, weekly is definitely the way to go. We also offer bi-weekly service as a budget-friendly option — though for most dog owners, weekly keeps things much more manageable.

Nope! As long as we have access to your backyard (usually through a gate code or unlocked gate), you don't need to be home at all. We'll send you a text message when we arrive and again when we're finished. Many of our customers are at work when we come — it works out perfectly.

We work in light rain — a little drizzle won't stop us! In the event of severe weather like thunderstorms or tropical weather (we're in Hampton Roads, after all), we'll reschedule your visit to the next available day that week. We'll always notify you in advance and make sure your service isn't skipped.

We bag all waste and remove it from your property entirely — we don't leave it in your trash cans. We're conscious of our local environment, especially the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Pet waste contains harmful bacteria and nutrients that can damage local waterways, so responsible disposal matters to us.

We cover most neighborhoods across Chesapeake (including Great Bridge, Deep Creek, Greenbrier, and Hickory), Virginia Beach (Kempsville, Princess Anne, Pembroke, and more), and Norfolk (Ghent, Ocean View, Larchmont, and surrounding areas).
